Job description Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Conceptualizing, designing and developing Interior designs in coordination with Design Architect, and other relevant stake holders
Keep a track of various stages in interior drawings and coordination
Identify the critical design items at each stage and manage the design teams in proposing efficient solutions
Working on Budgeting, Costing, issue of BOQ, appoint Contractors, Purchase of material
Monitor and track latest trend and concepts, products, materials and supplies available in the market
Conduct required design and constructability checks as per the schedule
Certify Bills as per the Work progress
